Canadian Journal of Teacher Research launched

The Canadian Journal of Teacher Research (CJTR) is proud to announce its launch and a call for papers for the 2014 Winter edition. This online journal is a forum for teacher researchers who wish to publish their work in a peer reviewed publication, present key ideas from their research, and interact with readers. CJTR aims to improve practice on the basis of research evidence and understanding.

The first issue will focus on literacy, multi-literacies, and the implications of literacy for student and teacher learning, school-based curriculum and instruction, school systems, and teaching. Submissions should be made to Professor Jim Parsons, University of Alberta.
